Aveeva Property Group is a property development and investment company. We look for and invest in neglected run-down properties that have the potential to be redeveloped, allowing us to renovate and restore these back into luxury modern homes or apartments, complete with a high-end finish.
Our aim moving forward is to bring as many of these tired properties back to life and on to the property market, whether that be in the form of sales, lettings, FHL (Furnished Holiday Lets), commercial shops or units, supported living & people with needs or new build developments.
We understand the shortage of new homes across the UK and the urgency to address this issue, but, we believe these homes that are being created, also need to be desirable and have the functionality to suit modern age living.
Having over 15+ years’ experience in the building industry and a real focus and passion for creativity, this helps us develop and deliver these types of homes. We understand the importance of having a healthy and balanced lifestyle and we believe a big factor in this can start within the very fabrics of our homes. This is the reason we are continuously looking at ways to improve and adapt our properties to help achieve this.
Older commercial spaces are also becoming a real issue, with a lot more companies now opting to operate online or from home, this means these buildings are being left to sit empty and deteriorate. We are looking to address these issues by finding creative ways to restore these buildings, which in turn will help support our local businesses and councils.
Developments
There are never two properties that are alike, but, with this in mind we always approach a project with the same principles and attitude. Our strategy is to go back to the very fabrics of any building and try to visualise the best and most creative outcomes.
Depending on our target market, this could be, first time buyers, growing families, elderly couples, people with supported needs, holiday tourists, business professionals, or new build developers. Knowing all this information from the very start, will allow us to create a space which is specifically designed for their needs.
Examples of such are –
- New stylish fixtures and fittings with open plan living, created by removing internal walls or old chimney breasts.
- Creative bedroom or storage spaces achieved through clever planning or loft conversions.
- Better designed floor space in kitchens, and bathrooms made achievable by having the end client in mind.
- Creating new or improved comforts around Furnished Holiday Lets, to help with the needs of holiday tourists.
- Reconstructing a property into either self-contained flats, HMOs (House of Multiple Occupancy), or a commercial unit/shop for the purpose of our client type.
- Sourcing and developing on land that has the potential to create amazing new homes for people.
All this is designed and created with a high-end specification, achieved through installing new services, modern construction methods, quality products, luxury fittings and new appliances.
